Changing your mind? Don't like one or more items?

We will exchange any unsuitable item within 30 days of receipt of the order (in accordance with the conditions specified in the GTC).

In order to serve you better, we have set up the following procedure, which you must follow:

• - Log in to your account. 
• - Click on the"My returns" tab. 
• - Then click on "request a new return" and select the order concerned: "select order" or you can insert the order number directly. 
• - Tick the item(s) and quantities to be returned, and indicate whether you would like an exchange or credit note. 
• - All you have to do is validate!

• The returns form is included in the package. It is located on the back of the delivery note, so please complete it and enclose it in your return package.
