Delivery to Metropolitan France

RELAY POINT DELIVERY : 

You'll be offered one or more pick-up points, so all you have to do is choose the one closest to your home or work.

Your parcel is handled by Chronopost:

Delivery within 24 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays) from the date of order to receive your parcel in mainland France. When your order leaves our warehouses, you'll receive an email containing your parcel number. You can then track your parcel via the website https://www.chronopost.fr

Chronopost fast delivery from Monday to Friday in 24 hours if the order is placed before 12:00 and 48 hours if the order is validated after 12:00.
Please note that if you order on Friday evening or at the weekend, you will only be delivered on Tuesday, as Chronopost does not deliver at weekends.

• Delivery in 48-72 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays) from the order date to receive your parcel in mainland France. Free delivery for orders over 110 euros. When your order leaves our warehouses, you'll receive an email containing your parcel number. You can then track your parcel via the website www.colissimo.fr

HOME DELIVERY :

Your parcel is handled by Chronopost:

Delivery within 24 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays) from the date of order to receive your parcel in mainland France. When your order leaves our warehouses, you'll receive an email containing your parcel number. You can then track your parcel via the website https://www.chronopost.fr

Delivery within 72H (excluding weekends and public holidays) from the date of order to receive your parcel in mainland France. Free delivery for orders over 110 euros. When your order leaves our warehouses, you'll receive an email containing your parcel number. You can then track your parcel via the website www.colissimo.fr

Delivery via DHL outside mainland France

Only DHL delivery is available for orders not destined for France. Metropolitan France. This type of delivery is offered for orders of 150 euros or more. 

DHL fast delivery from Monday to Friday in 24 hours if the order is placed before 12:00 and 48 hours if the order is validated after 12:00.
Please note that if you order on Friday evening or at the weekend, you will only be delivered on Tuesday, as DHL does not deliver at weekends.
